We are a national provider of capital market services to the commercial real estate industry. Loan Variety

BCA is able to provide financing across a range of asset classes. These include hospitality, retail stores, industrials, warehouses, medical centers, multi-family units, mixed-use, land, student housing, self-storage and development projects.




Loan Programs

BCA assists in loan structuring process as well as the due diligence/ underwriting process. Loan programs include: fixed rate, floating rate, mezzanine, renovation/ repositioning, commercial bridge loans, and construction loans. Some of our state and government loan programs include: SBA 504 and SBA 7a (small business loans) and HUD (Housing and Urban Development) loans.
